Directly from the Site List; this can be accessed from the role centre.
Enter the customer, and then the address.
the code and the name are automatically entered.
The code cannot be changed, but the name, which is copied from the customer name can be changed.
Alternatively, from the customer card or customer list, sites or ship to addresses
Note that the centre can be set by default from the post code
