Why?
Bookings is a Business Central extension that replicates Outlook and Google calendars in Business Central — in both directions — through Power Automate.
What does it do?
Bookings Entity in Business Central
- Introduces a dedicated Bookings record in Business Central, mirroring each calendar entry from your external calendar.
- Create, update, or delete a booking directly in Business Central — changes are automatically pushed back to the external calendar.
Two-Way Calendar Synchronisation
- When a calendar entry is created, updated, or deleted in Outlook or Google Calendar, it is instantly replicated in Business Central.
- Changes made in Business Central are equally reflected in the external calendar, keeping both systems always in sync.
Power Automate Integration
- Synchronisation is handled by a ready-to-use Power Automate cloud solution for both Outlook and Google.
- Simply update the connection credentials to point to your calendar and your Business Central environment — no custom development required.
- A Power Automate licence is required to run the flows.
