Why?
CheckMate is a Business Central extension that validates email addresses and phone numbers in real time as you enter them — and surfaces all invalid records across your data so you can clean them up.
What does it do?
Real-Time Validation
- As you type an email address or phone number on any record, CheckMate checks it in the background and immediately flags invalid entries.
- Validation is powered by your choice of leading third-party API providers — simply pick one and enter your API key.
Supported Providers
- Email: Ninja, Abstract, MailBoxLayer, Bouncer, ZeroBounce, and more.
- Phone: equivalent provider choice for phone number validation.
Bulk Review & Cleanup
- Dedicated Email List and Phone List pages let you review all validated records and quickly spot which ones are incorrect.
- Run the Populate Checks reports to batch-validate existing data across your entire database.
