Cleaning Services Service Objects and Customer Contract
Create a service object
Access the service object list (from the menu or on the search)
- Create New service object
- Select the customer
- Select an item that is setup "Sales with service commitment"
- Enter the dates
- Enter the amounts
There are different ways to use the amount and date; as a starting point, see below for a simple version, just having the starting date and amount entered with quantity 1 -
Create a customer contract
from the customer contract list, click new
- Choose the customer: the address is updated / choose the customer site
- Get Service Commitment
Result:
the service object is shown is the customer contract
in the service object, you can see the customer contract is has been added to.
