Create a new; possible access from the search or the menu
then create a new and fill as below
- Invoicing Via: Contract
- Invoicing Item: choose your item created before (Service Invoicing item!)
- Calculation Base Type: Item Price
- Calculation base %: 100%
- Billing Period: Indicate what is appropriate, here for example 1M for one month
Service Commitment Package
Create a new service commitment package by accessing the page; this can be done with the search or with one of the below access:
- From Menu
from item setup as sales with service commitment
Then create a new service commitment package
