Bank Statement Import

Why?

Bank Statement Import is a Business Central extension for companies that struggle to get their bank statement files recognised and imported — without custom development and without wrestling with the standard bank import/export setup.

Your bank file format isn't recognised out of the box. The standard import/export configuration is too complex or simply doesn't do the job. You don't want to go to custom development just to import a bank statement. If any of that sounds familiar, this extension is the answer: ready-to-use import for all major bank file formats, and an intuitive custom mapping tool for the exotic ones.

What does it do?

Supported File Formats

Supported out of the box:

  • Excel, CSV (comma or semicolon) — Date, Amount, and Description in any column order.
  • Fintech and digital banks: Revolut CSV · Wise CSV · Wise Transactions CSV (legacy).
  • Standard exchange formats: QIF · OFXDB TXT.
  • Bank-specific: BNP TXT · CA XLSX (Crédit Agricole) · CBA CSV (Commonwealth Bank of Australia) · TSB CSV · TSB XLSX · Bank of Ireland CSV.
